Will I be able to edit pages myself?

Yes. Editing is part of the scope, with ACF sections or blocks designed around your content.

Classic theme or block theme?

It depends on your team. ACF-based classic themes are simpler for most businesses. Block themes suit teams already comfortable in Gutenberg.

Can you design the website as well?
